Is trying to save every last person on the planet from death a good idea?

1. Where does the cost / benefit ratio stop being worth it?

2. What if by saving everyone we’re stopping evolution?

Evolution works by the more fit having more offspring. If we are extending lives of people that would have died otherwise, we’re stopping the process.
