Is it provable that people are anti-social because of the internet?

Or is it that people interact more through screens which is better.

Its likely that we are actually interacting with more people on a daily basis.

Its also likely that we have more high quality relationships than in the past. Since more relationships leads to more chances for a high quality one to form.

So, even though much of them are maintained digitally, arguable we are much better off socially now in the “Anti-Social” Age.
