So, in that spirit: Turns out that when you already have a cold its not a good idea to combine the following factors:
1. run 4 miles in 95 degrees
2. bike 22 miles in the same heat
3. Do not eat from 12pm to 10:30pm, aka during the entire 1 and 2 above and then for 4 hours after.
I’ve always been a proponent of exercising during mild sickness (like colds) but this seems to show that you should be careful about the extent and conditions.
