Coors light’s current cans look a lot like Coke cans.

I wonder if they’re trying to take advantage of a subconscious association.

I wonder if that sort of an association would actually increase sales.

It would be a pretty slick way to piggy back on the #1 marketer in the world (http://www.coca-colacompany.com/…/effie-ranking-the-coca-co…).
