Track who you spend time with.

The people you spend time with are the #1 of predicting your future.

There is evidence your friends influence your weight.

“The majority of the sixteen studies conclude that there is evidence of influence.” http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3407325/

This influence extends into other factors. Spend time with people that are better than you. That make you uncomfortable

The best way to implement this, or anything, is to track it. Track which people have a positive influence. Track which people have a negative influence. Then reflect on it.

In the future this will be done for you. Apps like peeple (http://forthepeeple.com/) are controversial and a bit ahead of the curve, not in a good way. They have the experience wrong, its not sticky. It feels icky. Too focused on rating others.

But, eventually, someone will get it right and it will be just as normal as stalking people on Facebook.
