Only by taking responsibility for all the things in your life you don’t like will they change.
It may not be “fair” but you can sit and complain or you can do something to change it.
It may not be your fault, but its still your responsibility to make it better for yourself.
Next time something you don’t like happens don’t complain. Instead, think about what could you do next time to make sure it doesn’t turn out negatively.
Do this over and over on a daily basis and you will make significant positive changes.
