Knowing something doesn’t mean you will act on it.

Its called the “Knowing doing gap”.

Or, “The frog in the boiling water problem.”

You may know intellectually that you should make a change. That you should leave your SO, that you should quit your job, that you should eat healthier.

But, your current path is comfortable.

Your current path is how you got to where you are now.

The key is to take small steps towards where you “know” you need to be.

Small steps that will add up over time.

That will get you where you need to be.

Life is a marathon not a sprint
