If you don’t take it to the extreme of cutting off all craving and attachment to goals.
 
If, you target only counter-productive cravings.
 
You will be able to create a version of yourself that only cares about doing things that help you.
 
Disconnect from the sugary food craving, replace it with a healthy food craving.
 
Disconnect from the scroll through Facebook craving, replace it with a write craving.
 
Disconnect from a sit on the couch craving, replace it with a go for a run craving.
