Our actions are unconscious reactions to the world around us.

These reactions are what lead us to be happy or sad; angry or calm.
They dictate what we say in any given situation and especially how we act.
They’re nearly impossible to change in the moment.
The key is to recognize the patterns of reactions that you experience and change them over time.
Although it may take months or even years to change one automatic reaction path, this will then be with you for the rest of your life.
You will have permanently changed the way you react.
You will have made it easy to do the things you want.
