More training / learning / work is not always better.

Society has conditioned us to do more always.
But, often, more can be counterproductive.
This is true in exercise where it is easy to overtrain and not focus enough on resting.
This is true in learning where you can cram everything into your brain for a test and then its all forgotten the next day.
Its also true in work. Working 20 hour days just ensures that you’ll do bad work since you’re tired and make mistakes.
The key is to identify the minimum that you need to get the highest impact.
Whats the 20% of the work that will get you 80% of the results?
