This is a huge trend in our world. People sit all day and then lift some weights or go for a run to balance it out.
It works part of the way, but it doesn’t help with your range of motion.
You end up with tight hamstrings and a weak core.
The parts of the body that are most important to being happy and healthy as you get older are neglected.
For most of us we’re already at a deficit. You start with good mobility as a kid and then sitting all day every day destroys it.
The good new is that its not too late to get it back. It take years but is worth it. It leads to less pain and more happiness at an older age.
