Its better to get started than it is to get the perfect start. 

The momentum that you will build will get you to your goal faster and you will be committed for longer.
 
Start slowly and you will build a habit and then you will blow your larger goals out of the water over time.
 
Alternatively, start with a huge goal and you’ll give up within one week. 6 months later you’ll be where you started, with nothing.
